APS User Requirements
Registering as an APS New User
APS User Registration is required to perform hands-on work at the APS. Complete the APS User Registration well in advance of your first visit. If you have any questions, please contact the APS User Office at (630) 252-9090 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

All returning users must submit an updated APS User Registration Form as a “returning user” to provide your current information. Non-U.S. citizens with expired or expiring security clearance are encouraged to re-register with the APS as soon as possible.
Returning users also need to ensure that all required APS training is current by contacting the APS User Office at (630) 252-9090 or at email@example.com or by contacting the DCS at (630) 252-9854 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete any expired training Remotely, or contact the APS User Office or the DCS to schedule on-site training.
